Dr. Weeks is a Land and Resource Policy specialist for the Bureau for Food Security at USAID. Her technical expertise includes Natural Resource Management, Land Use Planning, Marine Science and Remote Sensing/GIS. She has a PhD from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, with publications in Resource Governance, Biodiveirsty planning and Ecosystem Services. She has worked throughout Oceania, Asia and Africa and currently resides in New Zealand.
