Dr. Salomao Bandeira is a marine botanist with experience on mangrove ecology and restoration. He is Associate Professor at Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (Mozambique). His interest extends to mangrove governance, also seagrass and sand dunes biodiversity management. Currently he is coordinating the drafting of the Strategy and Action Plan for mangrove management in Mozambique.
