Linus is a member of the World Bank’s Global Land and Geospatial Unit, which is working to address land tenure insecurity through land administration projects, analytical work, and technical assistance. He is working and has worked in Croatia, Ghana, Liberia, Pakistan Romania, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe on land administration projects and analytics that seek to improve the countries’ systems to recognize equal land and property rights. He is also engaged in global land partnerships, such as the Global Donor Working Group on Land. Before joining the World Bank, Linusworked for three and a half years in Rwanda on land tenure reforms and land dispute management in cooperation with local civil society organizations. During his geography studies he conducted participatory field studies in Bolivia, Ethiopia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan on topics such as climate change, food security, and sustainable tourism.
