Ms. Stickler is a global land tenure specialist with over nine years of professional experience in project design and management, research and evaluation, and development partner coordination, including at the World Bank, USAID, and the World Resources Institute. Over three years at USAID, Ms. Stickler managed a $15 million project to enhance climate change mitigation and adaptation by strengthening land and resource governance; led integrated land tenure, agriculture, climate change, and resource management program design and operational oversight in Ethiopia, Myanmar, and Zambia and designs in Cambodia, Kenya, and Senegal; managed 7 impact evaluations of related projects in Ethiopia, Guinea, Liberia, and Zambia; and facilitated development partner coordination on policy, programs, and research.
